NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award Recipients
The NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award, commonly referred to as NOESA recognizes outstanding Eagle Scouts who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and service in their professional fields, community service, and Scouting over a sustained period of time.
The award was created in 2010 during the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America by National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) and is presented by NESA through nomination from their local Council.
